Yes. All contractors are required to be licensed annually with the Village. We verify they have insurance, bonding and where required, State licensing. Any time you add new or move structural, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, roofing, siding, gutters, etc. you must obtain a permit. If you are uncertain if you need a permit, please call the Building Department first.
