What's new in Online Bill Pay?
The Village of Midlothian has partnered with Payment Service Network. Through the PSN system you will be able to print receipts, view payment history, edit preferred payment methods, and change the date of or cancel Auto-Pay. If you like, you can also choose to start receiving e-bills
or paperless billing! You can pay by credit or debit card as well as make electronic payments from your checking or savings account. With this new system you may also continue to pay for permit parking and Parking/MOVs tickets.
* Residents with existing online water bill accounts will need to enroll in the new service to continue paying electronically.
* If you need to pay multiple items (IE Water & Permit Parking or two or more water accounts) you can do this by creating one account and "add profiles" for the other items. If you need help setting this up, please call Village Hall or PSN for assistance.
* Payments can take up to 48 hours to post and could result in late fees. Please keep this in mind if you are paying close to your due date. (If paying after 7 pm your payment will count as the next business day and can take an additional 48 hours.)

™ for UTILITY payments only. Go online to register before using the app by clicking the Pay Utility Bill button above. Once you have registered, use your login credentials for the app. The app is FREE.
CALL TO PAY
Utility payments, call 1-877-885-7968. On the first call, you will register on our automated phone payments system so that future payments are just 3 steps.
All other payments, call 1-866-917-7368.
