Park TrailMidlothian Meadows Trail
In the Midlothian Meadows Forest Preserve, which stretches from 152nd Street to 159th Street and Pulaski Road, there is a 3.1 mile biking / hiking trail through the woodlands, which connects by a foot path to other trails in the Tinley Creek Division of the Cook County Forest Preserve District. The Midlothian Meadows trail is accessible at 152nd Street on the west side of Pulaski Road and on Pulaski Road at 149th Street, via a spur trail to the main trail.  View a map of the Tinley Creek Division.

Kids at ParkThe Midlothian Park District is a separate municipal agency created to provide recreational programs and facilities. The Midlothian Park District owns and operates seven parks, a recreation center and the Splish Splash Pool. We offer a variety of programs, activities and special events for pre-schoolers through adults. Information on these activities can be found in the quarterly brochures delivered to all homes in Midlothian.

Midlothian Park District Information
The Midlothian Park District is a member of the South West Special Recreation Association which offers programs and trips to meet the leisure needs of special populations. To obtain further information on these programs, please call them at (708) 389-9423.

The Midlothian Park District is governed by five elected commissioners who serve six-year terms. The Board of Commissioners holds public meeting on the second and third Thursday of each month at the Recreation Center, which is located at 14500 S. Kostner. The Board of Commissioners and staff are interested in the ideas and concerns of the residents in order to provide quality recreational opportunities. We believe that the benefits of recreation are endless!
