    Senior Lunches at Raday Lodge The Midlothian Park District holds monthly Senior Luncheons at Raday Lodge. These luncheons are open to the public and tickets can be purchased at the Don Preston Recreation Center, 14500 S. Kostner. Tickets are $7.00 each. Doors open at 10:00 a.m. and lunch is served promptly at 11:00 a.m. **Tickets will not be sold at the door, you must purchase your ticket in advance

  4. Fire Department - 18th Annual Pancake Breakfast

    October 12, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM @ Fire House 1

    The Fire Department Pancake Breakfast is held each year as a "meet and greet" where residents are encouraged to come and meet their firefighters and see the equipment they use everyday. Come out and enjoy a great breakfast and take the opportunity to ask questions. We hope to see you there!

    Women’s Self-Defense Workshop Feel Safe. Walk through town with confidence. Learn Women's Self Defense. Pat Collins, retired Chicago Police officer and founder of Stay Safe Tactics and Fitness, will present a self-defense course for women, ages 12-80. Pat has worked with the Chicago Police Academy, and has trained in judo and karate. He's a member of the American Women's Self-Defense Association and the Federation of Police. Please register for the class spaces are limited. Anyone between ages of 12-16 must have an adult present. Each participant or their parent must sign a waiver at the beginning of the program. Please call with any questions.
