The Records Unit operates as the central repository for all Department records, reports, and registration. The Records Unit has the primary responsibility for the quality control of reports, report control, record maintenance, and record retrieval.
It is the policy of the Midlothian Police Department to furnish reports in a timely manner which are factual, accurate, and comprehensive. The Records Unit of the Police Department maintains all of the departments reports, etc.
The Records Section is open Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, excluding holidays. If a copy of a report is needed by an individual, the report must be requested and picked up in person.
